Santa Fe Auto Machine Costs Per Task

Please Note:

The following tasks are at a cost per task (per cylinder when noted). Otherwise, for other work required, an hourly shop rate of $75.00 per hour will be charged.

1) Boring, and Honing to fit (per cylinder): $50.00

2) Sleeve Installation (Chief, & Scout per cylinder-bored & honed before sleeving!): $100.00

3) Hard Seat Installation (per seat plus seat cost): $25.00

4) Valve Job (install guides, grind all 4 seats, and valves with 3-angle valve job): $85.00

5) Modify Valve Guides (2) for Teflon Seals, and assemble valves: $10.00

6) Porting Job (both cylinders): $100.00

7) Cylinder Decking (per cylinder): $45.00

8) Head Milling (per head): $45.00

9) Head Flycutting (per head): $45.00

10) Repairing bad head-bolt threads (per hole): $15.00
