Here is an example of "Flycut" heads. The Bonneville, and 80" heads are precisely milled for piston clearance. The depth is cut to a depth equalling the piston height above the cylinder deck! The head on the right is straight from the auto machine shop, and the one on the left is after I smooth-out the machining edges, and then "Glass-Beading" them.

This pic shows an installed L.A. sleeve that is finish bored, and honed (plateau finish!), and hard seats installed in the exhaust port. Look carefully to see the 3 angle valve job. Note the nice porting job!

Another pic of the porting job. Indian ports are usually very rough, with nasty ledges to ruin flow. Eric opens up the port below the valve significantly with a special cutting die, and then smoothes-out the rest of the port for better flow. You CAN feel the difference!

Please Note:

Eric, and I work closely together, and in most cases, your parts would be sent directly to him, and he will return the parts when he is finished. In some cases, like for broken fin repair, broken stud bosses, etc., I will do the repair, and then Eric will return the parts. Eric can take Credit Card payment, and arrange UPS billing as well.

Your parts need to be carefully boxed-up, and insured with UPS to cover any loss, or damage. The parts will be returned in their original packaging. It is best to ship each cylinder seperately, unless they are packed well in a very strong box. Remember, (2) cylinders are very heavy together, and UPS might drop it HARD!

We can provide your Indian parts as well at retail costs. We use only the best parts for each application. Taiwan pistons, Eaton valve guides, Stainless, or Black Nitride valves, L.A.Sleeves (standard or Ductile Iron), and Total Seal rings.
